Freight Forwarder

Air, sea, and ground cargo with global coverage.

Who we are

Door-to-door international freight forwarder.

We operate as a freight forwarder in Colombia with a global WCA Partner network. We coordinate air, sea, and ground cargo, including consolidation, insurance, and dangerous goods (IMO/IATA-DGR).

We give you a single point of contact: one assigned coordinator, one commercial agreement, and reports at every milestone (loading, transit, arrival). We coordinate ten vendors so you do not have to.

DGR · Dangerous goods

Dangerous cargo. Certified and traceable.

We operate the 9 UN classes under IMO (sea), IATA-DGR (air), and ADR (ground) regulations. Certified personnel, shipper's declaration documentation, and segregation per international standards.

Official UN classification

The 9 UN classes we handle

Our team is certified to classify, document, and move dangerous goods across the 9 UN classes. Every operation is planned in advance: UN number classification, compatibility validation, segregation, labeling, and a consolidated shipper's declaration.

We work with DGR-authorized shipping lines and airlines to ensure your cargo arrives compliant with every requirement of the main international markets — no surprises at port, no customs delays.

Collage of the 9 UN classes of dangerous goods: explosives, gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, oxidizers and peroxides, toxic and infectious substances, radioactive, corrosives, and miscellaneous.

IMO / IMDG

International sea cargo with correct segregation between incompatible classes.

IATA-DGR

Air cargo with certified personnel and training renewal every 24 months.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us most

If your question is not here, write to us. An advisor will reply within 24 hours.

  • Which Incoterms do you handle?
We work with all eleven current Incoterms (Incoterms 2020). We recommend Incoterms based on your operational capacity and risk tolerance, not by default.
  • Can I ship dangerous goods or cold-chain cargo?
Yes. We handle IMO/DGR for dangerous goods and reefers for temperature-controlled cargo. For cold chain we work together with Logisagro.
  • What transit times can I expect?
Air freight to the US and Europe takes 3 to 7 days; ocean freight takes 12 to 35 days depending on route. We provide a realistic schedule with every quote.
  • How will you keep me informed about my cargo?
Your assigned coordinator sends reports at every key milestone — loading, transit, and arrival — and answers directly whenever you need specific information about your operation.
  • What is a freight forwarder and what does it do exactly?
A freight forwarder is the company that coordinates and contracts international transport for your cargo: it negotiates with shipping lines, airlines, and ground carriers, manages documentation (BL, AWB, cargo manifest), and supervises the door-to-door transit. As a freight forwarder in Colombia with a WCA Partner network, we are your single point of contact across the entire chain.
  • What is the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL (Full Container Load) means your cargo fills an entire container (20' or 40'). LCL (Less than Container Load) means your cargo is consolidated with other importers/exporters in the same container, paying only for the volume you occupy. For volumes under ~15 m³ LCL is usually more cost-effective; for larger volumes or sensitive products, FCL is safer and faster. We help you evaluate which works for each operation.
  • What documents are required for an ocean export from Colombia?
An ocean export from Colombia typically requires: commercial invoice, packing list, export declaration (DEX), Bill of Lading (BL), certificate of origin when a trade agreement applies, phytosanitary certificates for agro products (ICA), and INVIMA permits for food or pharmaceuticals. We coordinate the full customs clearance with COMEX-CJC so the export is cleared before vessel cut-off.
  • Do you handle routes to Asia, Europe, and the United States?
Yes. We operate regular sea and air routes to North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. As a WCA Partner we access rates and capacity even on busy routes and peak seasons.
  • What does cargo insurance cover?
We offer all-risk policies backed by top-tier insurers, covering physical damage, total or partial loss, general average, theft, and extraordinary events during international transport. The premium is calculated as a percentage of the cargo's CIF value, and claim settlement is fast because we act as the insured's representative.
